  • June 15-16 (Fri.-Sat.): Triple Loop Six. A 600K brevet that starts in Nephi and heads south for a 400K composed of two loops going as far south as Junction and then back to your car and/or motel in Nephi. The last 200K loop goes around Utah Lake.
  • June 16 (Sat.): Ultimate ULCER. A 200K brevet that starts in Nephi and makes a loop around Utah Lake. It is the exact same route as the last third of the 600K, so theoretically, with careful scheduling, you could ride with the 600Ks folks as they finish up.
  • August 11 (Sat.): Gnarly Nebo 200K Brevet. This is a new route starting in Payson, goes up and over the Mount Nebo Loop road to Nephi, through Goshen Canyon, around West Mountain and part way up Hobble Creek, before returning to Payson. This route will have some support on the Nebo Loop section. 7,660 feet of climbing! It ends in the shady trees of Payson City park, so consider bringing your BBQ and chill afterwards.
  • August 11 (Sat.): Gnarly Nebo 118K Populaire (74 miles). A new route, which runs concurrently with the 200K. It starts in Payson, goes up and over the Mount Nebo Loop road to Nephi, through Goshen Canyon and back to Payson. This route will have some support on the Nebo Loop section. 6,700 feet of climbing.
  • October 13th (Sat.): Moab Double Whammy 200K Brevet. Moab is ground zero to mountain biking, yet also offers great potential for endurance roadie events. Join us for this minimally-supported 200 km brevet in two of Utah’s best National Parks (Arches and Canyonlands). 6,000+ feet of climbing.
  • October 13th (Sat.): Moab Double Whammy 108 km Populaire (68 miles). This is a shorter minimally-supported event for those not wanting to do a full 200K (125 miles).

These events are co-sponsored by Bonneville Cycling Club in Salt Lake City (BCC) and sanctioned by RUSA.

Also of note, there are five US 1200k’s scheduled for next year:

And one in Canada…
